Hi! I'm Amy Fazio
I teach the Magnify Your Mission System to help nonprofit leaders create a simple, uncomplicated path to grow their capacity, engagement and fundraising with ease and flow.
Throughout my 25-year career, I’ve served as an educator, volunteer, fundraiser, community organizer, community health counselor, nonprofit executive, CEO, consultant, and
My variety of roles and first-hand experience over the years have given me a unique perspective and taught me that we have big challenges and we need big systems change to solve them.
In 2018, I decided to run for PA State House of Representatives believing this was the opportunity to up-level my work in community building. As a first-time candidate running against a 12-year incumbent, I knocked on 4,000 doors to understand the issues directly from my neighbors. Running for office was a tremendous privilege, and while we didn't win, we effectively organized and mobilized voters to show up in a BIG way.
We need each other to succeed.
The Magnify Your Mission system was born to offer a framework for leaders who want to accelerate real transformation in their communities. I’m excited to help leaders scale their mission by finding a simpler way to raise more money.
I proudly serve on the New Brighton Area School Board, Women for the Future Pittsburgh PAC, and the Penn State Beaver Innovation Hub Advisory Board. I am an affiliated consultant and trainer with Penn State Beaver, Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations and the United Way of Beaver County.
I was honored to be named Pennsylvania Business Central 2013 Foremost under Forty Leaders and interviewed as part of the National See Women Lead Project.
Spending time with my husband and daughter is what I love most. Our family spans five generations from New Brighton, PA. Our deep roots fuel my commitment to building strong communities that lift us all up.
