I teach the Magnify Your Mission System to help nonprofit leaders create a simple, uncomplicated path to grow YOUR capacity, YOUR engagement and YOUR fundraising to $250,000, $500,000, and even $1,500,000 without the chaos and overwhelm!
The Magnify Your Mission System helps leaders to simplify their fundraising structure, create an irresistible message and increase their visibility to accelerate sustainable momentum without the chaos and overwhelm.
I’ve served in a variety of roles throughout my 25-year career in community building including as an educator, volunteer, community organizer, community health counselor, nonprofit executive, CEO, board member, consultant, and business owner. These experiences and perspectives have taught me that we have big challenges and we need big systems change to solve them. We need each other to do it.
In 2018, I decided to run for PA State House of Representatives believing this was the opportunity to up-level my work in community building. As a first time candidate, I knocked 4,000 doors to understand the issues directly from neighbors. Running for office was a tremendous privilege and while we did not win we effectively organized and mobilized voters to show up in a BIG way.
The Magnify your Mission system was born to offer a container for leaders who want to accelerate real transformation in their communities. I’m excited to help leaders scale their mission by finding a simpler way to raise more money.
I proudly serve on the New Brighton Area School Board, Women for the Future Pittsburgh PAC, and the Penn State Beaver Economic Development Hub Advisory Board. I am an affiliated consultant and trainer with Penn State Beaver, Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations and the United Way of Beaver County. I was honored to be named Pennsylvania Business Central 2013 Foremost under Forty Leaders and interviewed as part of the National See Women Lead Project.
I love spending time with my husband and daughter in New Brighton, PA most of all where my family spans five generations. Our deep roots fuel my commitment to building strong communities that lift us all up.
